Please note: cashback will be paid when new customers have completed the registration process with npower to switch energy suppliers and the service has been confirmed. Cashback is offered by us and not NPower. Cashback is only available to new customers. If you already have an npower account (even if npower currently only supply you with one type of energy and you subsequently take supply of another), you will not be eligible for cashback. If you change an existing tariff (e.g. changing Standard Gas and Electricity to Sign Online 19) you will not receive cashback. Cashback will only be paid for validated orders placed by new customers completely online after supply of your second or only fuel has gone live with npower. Cashback is not applicable to existing customers or to any members who have recently applied for cashback with us and npower and have a pending application.
